Denver International Airport (DEN)
For over two decades, CTI has provided continuous program and construction management at DEN, making us the longest-serving consultant in this capacity. Our portfolio spans airside and landside infrastructure, and we support major upgrades to roadways, facilities, and utility systems while ensuring 24/7 operational continuity and regulatory compliance in a complex, secure environment.

Stapleton Redevelopment
CTI has served as Associate CM/GC to Mortenson Construction for more than 24 years on this $3.4 billion program, which at its outset was the largest urban infill redevelopment in the United States. The decommissioned 4,700-acre Stapleton Airport became a vibrant mixed-use community with homes, retail, office, industrial, and distribution space.
CTI manages design and construction of the civil infrastructure behind today’s Central Park community: roadways, drainage, utilities, trails, parks, wetlands, landscaping, and hardscape, along with contractor oversight, quality assurance, roadway acceptance, warranty management, and safety oversight.

A National Register landmark and the jazz era’s premier stop for visiting African-American musicians. CTI was selected to rehabilitate this icon at the heart of Five Points.
The Brownstones at King Stroud Court
A 26-townhome urban residential development. CTI managed land assemblage, assisted in design development, and participated in construction management.

Commonwealth Building
Design and reconstruction of a 10,000 sq ft, three-story commercial building nearly lost to fire in the 1970s.
Triangle Building
Design and reconstruction of a 7,500 sq ft former mercantile store that once sold coal, hay, and ice, with boarding rooms upstairs.
