ROSSONIAN HOTEL

The Rossonian Hotel building is a designated landmark on the National Register of Historic Places. Civil Technology was selected to rehabilitate this iconic landmark in the heart of Denver’s Five Points urban community. The Rossonian gained fame during America’s jazz era because it was the top hotel where visiting African-American musicians entertained and stayed.

THE BROWNSTONES

The Brownstones at King Stroud Court is a new and exciting urban residential development in the Five Points community consisting of 26 townhomes. Civil Technology managed the land assemblage, assisted in the design development, and participated in the construction management of the project.
