The Commonwealth Building was originally constructed in 1888. However, it was nearly destroyed by a fire in the 1970’s. Civil Technology managed the design and reconstruction of the 10,000 square-foot, 3-story commercial building.
TRIANGLE BUILDING

The Triangle Building was originally constructed in 1887. The building was a mercantile store selling coal, hay, and ice. Boarding rooms were rented on the second floor. Civil Technology managed the design and reconstruction of the 7,500 square foot commercial building.
KING’S ISLAND TOWNHOUSES
Denver, CO
Civil Technology supervised the demolition and removal of a blighted residential property, and managed the design, site redevelopment and new construction of King’s Island Townhomes.
