Job Description:
Civil Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator to support our Program Management Team for a multi-year construction upgrade project. Key responsibilities include coordinating Construction Method of Procedures (CMOPs) and Shutdown Requests (SDRs), facilitating stakeholder communication, and leading weekly construction coordination meetings.

Requirements:
1–2 years of construction coordination experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, communications, or a related field.

Cost Estimator

Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $90K/yr – $140K/yr

Job Description:
Civil Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to support our Program Management Team for a multi-year construction upgrade project. Key responsibilities include reviewing CM/GC subcontract pricing, validating change requests, and developing independent cost estimates.

Requirements:
4+ years of estimating experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and experience in operational facilities or occupied renovations.

Construction Inspector (MEP QA)

Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $75K/yr – $120K/yr

Job Description:
Lead night shift operations as an MEP QA Inspector, ensuring quality and compliance in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations for a large-scale public facility reconfiguration project.

Requirements:
5+ years of quality experience in MEP systems, trade license or ICC commercial inspection certification, and strong communication skills.
Preferred: Airport experience.

Shift: Start on night shift (6–9 months), with potential to transition to day shift.
